Couran Cove Island Resort is an island playground

We have a private marina that is reserved for
the use of the resort guests & marina members;
a general store that carries a wide range of items
and a business centre that provides secretarial
services. Couran Cove Island Resort also offers
a fully supervised babysitting service and the
Kites Kids Club activities centre provides sports,
creative & environmental activities for children
aged 3 - 12 years of age.
The resort’s Day Spa, is a complete spa
and rejuvenation centre and is located in the resort’s
marina area. The Day Spa offers a full range of
treatments and is open to all resort guests in
one of the most relaxed environments you can find.
The Environment Centre is a great place to begin
an educational journey on South Stradbroke Island
with a variety of informative displays relating
to the resort's natural, cultural and built features.

a range of educational activities on and around

APARTMENTS
The accommodation is divided into the ‘Marine
Resort’ and the ‘Nature Resort’.
So we can accommodate all group tastes, sizes and
conference budgets.
The Marine accommodation is perched over the lagoon
and marina. These suites and the waterfront conference
rooms give Couran Cove Island Resort its unique
personality. An unpretentious style that is both
an architectural achievement, and an aspirational
place to stay. Especially for groups, offering
both privacy and a feeling of unity.
The Nature Cabins, nestled deep amongst the forest,
provide an exclusive retreat in close proximity
to the beach.
Marine Deluxe
With sweeping views and generous balconies your
stay in a Marine Deluxe room will be unforgettable.
They feature Carrara marble bathrooms with twin
basin vanities, a bath and separate shower. There
is also a fold out sofa bed for an additional
guest.
Marine Suite
Fully air-conditioned with large terrace balconies
over the lagoon the suites are suitable for young
families or groups. The suites offer a separate
double bedroom and two sofa beds in the lounge
area. They feature Carrara marble bathrooms with
twin basin vanities, a bath and separate shower.
Marine 2 Bedroom Lodge
The Marine Lodges have their own large private
deck with steps leading directly to the white
beach sand of the lagoon or the marina. Bathrooms
feature Carrara marble twin basin vanities as
well as full sized baths and separate showers.
All lodges are perched over the marine water
or lagoon.
Marine 4 Bedroom Villa
The Marine villa multi level design creates the
ideal environment for separate family living
and cooking areas. A huge balcony deck and outside
living area offers a barbeque venue or a parents
retreat. The spacious villas are complete with
elegant furnishing and the highest quality fittings.

Renowned for the spacious light interior and a
broad-screened wraparound verandah. The studio
cabins have a modern kitchen complete with 4
burner gas hotplates for you to cook up a storm.
2 Bedroom Cabin
Large open-plan area and a separate sleep-out with
folding sofa. The two bedroom nature cabins are
ideal for families or small groups.
2 1/2 Bedroom Cabin
With two bathrooms and broad verandahs, this nature
cabin allows large family groups to holiday in
harmony together.
